Hidden Arbor is a relatively small neighborhood developed on about 70 acres north of hwy 290 near Muschke Road. It is being exclusively built by Trendmaker Homes and home construction began in Spring 2016.
What makes Hidden Arbor unique and desirable are the large trees and oversized lots. Lot sizes range from 60' wide up to over 100' wide with areas ranging from about 8000 SF all the way up to over 1/2 acre. Trendmaker is building 4 different product lines with starting prices ranging from the $330s to the $580s. Higher end models with a bunch of structural and design center upgrades go for over $700,000.
There is not a community pool in Hidden Arbor, but you will find a quaint park with a covered picnic area, playground, and splashpad. There are also walking trails throughout the neighborhood.
The schools are all highly rated and include:
Cy-Woods High School.
If you are looking for a home with a little bit of elbow room and trees in the <$600k range, Hidden Arbor is definitely a neighborhood to check out!
