Some of the more detailed sites may have information about communities and schools. However, there is not anything in these sites that really sets them apart.
With a real estate blog, your potential clients will always see updated information about your area of expertise. This in turn will hopefully get them to frequent your site more often which will play a large part in these potential clients thinking about you when it is time for them to make a real estate transaction.
Also, with unique site content, increased web traffic, and other blogging sites linking to your site, you will get a higher search engine ranking which means more exposure.
There are a lot of good real estate blogs out there. One of the ones that I have frequented in the weeks leading up to getting this site off the ground is Seattleā??s Rain City Guide. Not only is it a very well put together blog that is constantly updated, Dustin has several posts about blogging and how it relates to real estate.
