Analytics - New Home Price With vs Without Realtor
I did a bit of fact checking on my own blog post, "Should I Use a Realtor To Purchase A New Construction Home?"
In that blog post/video, I had mentioned that data suggests buyers who use a Realtor typically pay less money for a new home (based off list price discounting) compared to those who do not use a Realtor. That was based on a small sample of data that I looked at for new home sales in Bridgeland in Cypress, TX.
When I expanded the data to look at sales in Cypress and then the entire Houston metroplex, the data was a bit different. Check out the video for more details below!
