Bridgeland to be home of the first mass timber office building in the Greater Houston area.

One Bridgeland Green

May 9 for the first mass timber office building in the Greater Houston area, soon to be nestled in Bridgeland. Named One Bridgeland Green, this 49,000-square-foot project is a key component of the 70-acre Village Green at Bridgeland Central mixed-use development.

Designed with a modern rustic aesthetic, One Bridgeland Green will boast floor-to-ceiling windows, shaded porches, and seamless pedestrian connectivity to various amenities such as offices, retail spaces, restaurants, multifamily units, and hiking and biking trails. Additionally, the site will host electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels.

Anticipated for completion by the summer of 2025, this office building will become the new home for the Bridgeland Welcome Center and Howard Hughes’ Bridgeland team. Further lease announcements are expected soon.

For those eager to witness the unveiling, One Bridgeland Green will open its doors in 2025 at 20203 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Cypress.
