Hear from our past clients:

5 Stars
Mr. Jim Mulholland is a great realtor I ever met. He helped me buying a home at Coles Crossing community seven year ago. He drove me around to see many different houses in the market. I decided to buy one house I thought was best. We signed the contract. When my wife came to look at the house and she was not happy about a few small things. Jim was willing to go back to the house that he recommended to me before. My wife turned out like the house very much. Jim was willing the cancel the old house contract and with his own cost for the option money. Because of Jim's skill, we eventually bought the house with good floor plan and big back yard with vegetable garden even the house was under another contract negotiation. Jim is a best and most honest realtor. He is always thinking about his clients. I will recommend him to everyone for his services.
