Cypress Active and Pending Listing Sales Charts
We created the below charts to track how the Covid-19 Pandemic is affecting real estate/home sales in Cypress, TX based on new listings, the average Days on Market for pending listings, and the total number of listings that have gone pending. Harris County enacted a stay at home order effective March 17, 2020. At the time of this writing, that order will continue through April 29, 2020.
As of right now, April 3, 2020, these restrictions have had very little impact on the Cypress housing market. However, I am quite certain that is going to change in this month of April.
